Flamingo moodboard

Over the past few months I have started to develop a love for all things flamingo, I love their colour (which they get from eating so many shrimps!) their stature, feathers and how they make an interesting graphic print, and it seems I’m not the only one. There is a new flamingo trend emerging, becoming popular throughout the interior world, with flamingos featuring on everything from wallpaper, ceramics, through to prints and soft furnishings.

It’s a long weekend for me this week, and on Saturday night there’s a big event taking place that’s not to be missed…. well for one half of the household anyway! We have a big Dr. Who fan here and on Saturday it’s the 50th Anniversary, with a special episode of Dr. Who to celebrate. So here’s my tribute to the Timelord, with the help of a well known British icon.

Happy Weekend x

Autumn Days

I love this time of year, as the final days of summer are far behind us and winter is fast approaching, Autumn provides us with the best of what nature has to offer. Showing off magnificent rich colours, every day gives us something wonderful to look at. This is the best time of year to head out with a camera and capture nature in all her wonderful glory.
