Hello folks, after a very busy week I think I need to take notice of the advice in this great poster, designed by Anne Olde Kalter at La Farme. I don’t know about you but I find it tricky to step away from my computer, especially as I use it for both work and play (blogging of course!) so I can be on it for a good 12 hours a day – eeek! Ok, maybe this weekend I’ll use it less and go outside. Wish me luck!
